Ida B. Wells high school is 4 miles away. Walking distance to Markham elementary school, Jackson middle school, and PCC Sylvania. • Walking distance to the bus stop • I-5 is approximately 5 minutes away by vehicle • No smoking or vaping is allowed of any kind in this house or on the property • No pets allowed • No businesses are allowed to run out of this house • Airbnb at this house is strictly prohibited • Lease begins mid-August 2023 and goes through May 31, 2024 (there is potential to be a longer lease time. Please inquire within about that) Will be accepting applications 72 hours from the date/time of this post which is June 18, 2023 at ~7am. Applications will be accepted in the order received starting June 21, 2023 at ~7am. Please note an 8 hour penalty will be added if your application is received before the time stated above. This house is not a Type A accessible unit. The screening criteria includes but is not limited to the rental history, character references, public records, criminal records, credit reports, credit references, and income of the applicant(s). There will be a screening fee of $50 per person who is 18 years or older. This screening criteria will also apply for any co-signers needed of the applicants. The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights and I will provide that link. Additionally, the City of Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a tenant’s right to request a modification or accommodation. I will provide that link.
