GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: + Applicants must be move in ready within 2 weeks (we do not hold properties), + We have a one-time leasing fee of $150 (charged during time of move in), + Each applicant must have a minimum of 600 FICO/CREDIT score + Proof of income requires your most recent pay stub and/or Tax documents, + Must make at least 3x the rent amount, + Copies of all adults ID's, + Subject to Credit, Criminal and Eviction searches, + Security Deposit is double the rent, and may be reduced based on good credit and rental history at the owner's discretion, + One time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, plus a monthly pet fee of $20 - $40 + Pet Screening Required (even if you do not have a pet) + In addition to the rent, we require renters insurance.
