The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, however, mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable. Guests are responsible for purchasing mosquito spray. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway.
