This mix of 1995 mobile home and normal construction is 1050 sq ft, with 2BA, 2BR (one with its own private entry and bath), with an additional office/bedroom, and a laundry and utility room. There is carport parking for one vehicle- a smaller vehicle will fit in a second parking space. No pets. This is in a small (19 units) beautiful mobile home co-op/community. Park rules allow a MAXIMUM of TWO full-time occupants per dwelling, at least ONE of whom MUST BE OVER 55. (Guests are permitted.) Rental period is a minimum of one year and can be extended. Available now as a semi-furnished or unfurnished long-term rental. $2400/month, including internet, water, sewer and garbage which are provided by the park (and cost the owner $225/month). Propane (central heating and stove/oven) and electric are in addition, and vary by season. This community has its own water facility and the water is excellent!
