Please note, the oven and stove are not operational. The apartment also has a clean, full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. For those with vehicles, public parking garages are available in the Upper East Side, and it is recommended to use parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find available spots in advance. Located between York and 1st Avenues, this apartment is in the heart of the desirable Upper East Side, known for its elegant charm and tree-lined streets. For convenient access to the rest of the city, the Q train at 72nd St and 2nd Ave or the 6 train at 77th St and Lexington Ave are just a short walk away. Typical city noises such as traffic, sirens, and street activity are to be expected due to the central location. The building is a classic NYC walk-up with three flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. Parties of any kind are expressly forbidden and violation will lead to immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional charges for any resultant damages. Smoking is prohibited within the property, and non-compliance will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. The property comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests; exceeding this number is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am daily. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets; feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and other items must be disposed of in the trash bins provided. In cases where plumbing issues are found to be a result of negligence, a plumbing service fee of $350 will be applied. Please turn off lights, electronics, and air conditioning units when they are not in use or when leaving the property. For long-term stays exceeding 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning service is required at an additional fee of $150. Guests are requested to refrain from having personal mail or packages delivered to the property. Do not rearrange the furniture or remove any items from the property, and avoid attaching any decorations or items to the walls or ceilings that could cause damage. Please bag all household garbage and trash before placing them in the designated waste bin. Recycling of paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and metals is encouraged. A 24-hour notice is requested for any maintenance or cleaning needs. Guests acknowledge and agree to these house rules by booking this property; violation of any rule may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
