The studio space includes a double bed, a double futon, and a TV with standard cable. Blackout blinds on the window help reduce light and offer views of the parking lot towards the Lizard Range/Fernie Alpine Resort. The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower with in-floor heating, and hotel-quality towels, locally made hand soap, and body wash/shampoo are provided. Please expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings due to the downtown location and proximity to bars, especially during peak season. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment should not be brought inside the suite; use the provided storage area. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. For guests staying for work, do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies into either.
