The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 441 W. Oakdale
I lived in this building for 3 years and the elevators were constantly broken for days at a time and sometimes weeks. Worst is when they are broken at the same time. Management company is also not very attentive in remedying the issue, unfortunately. If you do end up living here, I’d avoid the higher floors.
I just signed my lease about a month ago. I was really struggling finding the right place with a company that wasn’t shady because I have run into that quite a bit. They really were helpful and the agent was patient and kind. My place is really clean and exactly what I needed, really enjoying it so far. I would highly recommend PPM and 441 to anyone.
Spacious street facing one bedroom apartment with multiple closets and open floor plan. The building engineer is very responsive and helpful.
