Located less than five miles south of Davenport, Hilltop is a Quad Cities neighborhood situated between Rock Island’s 14th and 18th streets. The center of the neighborhood consists of residential areas with eateries, shops, and businesses lining the crossroads. Hilltop also features picturesque parks like Hauberg Estates Park within its borders, but more outdoor recreation can be found at parks and trails along the Mississippi River. Immediately north of Hilltop is Augustana College, which adds a lively charm to the neighborhood. Hilltop’s western neighbor, Old Towne, features antique shops, restaurants, and bars.
