This is a vintage Chicago building with quirks: a bedroom where the closet is in the wrong place, and a hallway with an attitude. Window units will be installed starting mid-May. The space stays comfortable year-round, though folks often crack a window in the winter months when they start feeling the vapors. Guests staying under 14 days get access to The Metropolitan Club, a members-only co-working and dining space on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower. Located in Ravenswood, a peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood, this apartment is tucked into a quiet pocket of the city just a few blocks from Clark Street. Walk ten minutes to the Brown Line train for a scenic trip into the heart of the city, or hop on the Clark bus to Wrigleyville or Andersonville. Wrigley Field is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute cab ride. This is a vintage building, so you will hear footsteps above and encounter a radiator that is passionate and not afraid to express itself. Street parking is generally available on our block and surrounding ones, except during Cubs games or Wrigley Field events between 5–10pm, when the city enforces strict towing. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately cancelled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. There is a $45 fee if you if you lock yourself out or lose your key. [SI]
