Tenant pays electric, water, and gas and is responsible for changing furnace filter during heating/cooling seasons. Stove, fridge, and washer included - tenant responsible for repair / replacement of the appliances. First month's rent and security deposit required to move-in upon application approval. No smoking, no Sect 8. Application Process and Requirements: -$30 application fee per person over 18 occupying apartment.
