The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" Smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Only 1 parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in garages or on the street nearby. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, and 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $500.
