There may be additional parking in garages or street nearby. Details will be given during check-in instructions. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. We use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, providing a comfortable space for work or study. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you can stay connected and productive during your stay.
