The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. The inviting full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Only 1 parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in garages or on the street nearby. An additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required for pets. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. Staying in this apartment places you right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, where you can enjoy a rich urban experience with plenty of amenities and attractions close by. You'll find yourself in a vibrant and dynamic area with a lot to offer, including a lively urban atmosphere, cultural attractions, a wide range of dining options, local boutiques, retail shops, shopping centers, parks, and green spaces. Public transit options like the Valley Metro Light Rail make it easy to get around. The area is also bike-friendly and walkable, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you bring a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
