If you do not provide insurance, we will enroll you in an insurance liability policy and fee will be disclosed upon enrollment. This is not Renter's Insurance and will not cover your personal property, it is only a liability Coverage. - Small pet negotiable (under 30lbs). Pet will have a required, increased Security Deposit from $500.00 to equal to one months rent. Total deposit not to exceed two month's rent. All pets must have current vaccination and be licensed as required by local ordinance. Proof of Registration must be completed prior to residency. * Refrigerator, washer, and dryer are included ( as is ) once warranty has expired. If the units break or fail, it is up to the property owner to decide if they will repair or replace. If Owner elects not to repair/replace, Tenant would have to provide their own. Qualification Summary - minimum 650 or higher credit score, gross income of three times the rent amount and two years of verifiable rental history.
