All payments are non-refundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued. For bookings of 40-60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required and charged separately. For bookings over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean and is charged separately. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Parties are prohibited, and external CCTV and sound sensors will be activated for prolonged noise disturbances. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for guests exceeding the property's bed count. Fireplaces, if present, are for decorative purposes only and strictly prohibited from use.
