About This Property
This dwelling unit is a very professionally converted garage. Large bedroom, large walk-in closet, full bathroom; but no kitchen. So physically, like what one might expect in a hotel situation. However—and so perhaps beyond what one expects in a hotel or similar—a well-lit private entrance, locked front gate, plenty of street parking (never a hassle), access to washer and dryer (no cost), own private mailbox; in a peaceful and safe part of town. No cost internet. Lime tree, banana trees, persimmons, avocado tree, orange tree; all fruit bearing. Presently inside there's a brand new bed, a large dresser, a mini-refrigerator, a large built-in cabinet and one chair. So lightly furnished, with plenty of storage space. Close to Sony Studios, downtown Culver City, many restaurants (Japanese, Cuban, Thai, French, Italian, Mexican, Brazilian, Nepalese, Argentine, mom-and-pop coffee shops) and the Ballona Creek Bike Path (a protected, off-street paved bike path that goes four miles to the beach, connecting there with the 20 miles long beach bicycle path along the Pacific Ocean). Public transportation very close, as we're two blocks from Sepulveda Blvd and half a block from Culver Blvd. Back yard completely enclosed, with lots of greenery. We have a medium-size doggie, two kitty-cats and four bunny rabbits, so unfortunately it's unlikely another animal would fit into the scene. Good perhaps for someone here professionally to work at Sony, for college, or similar.

Extending from the 405 to Marina Del Rey, Del Rey provides everything you love about LA: the gorgeous beaches, impossibly tall, skinny palm trees, and that laidback atmosphere that no other city does quite like LA. Del Rey is next door to some of the city's most-loved beaches, including Venice Beach and Muscle Beach. Go shopping along the Venice Beach Boardwalk or watch the sailboats from the Marina Del Rey Jetty.
Culver City surrounds Del Rey on three sides. Del Rey is convenient to the Los Angeles International Airport, Loyola Marymount University, and the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve. Del Rey is roughly 12 miles southwest of Downtown Los Angeles, convenient for trips to Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, and the Los Angeles Convention Center.
