About This Property
ROOMMATE $950/Room - 1 Bedroom out of 4 for rent SHARED HOME. There are 2 others living in home. I recently purchased a home in Aurora off Quincy and Parker. The bedroom available is upstairs. There is a full bath upstairs as well as a second living room and storage space. Rent is $950 and utilities will be split equally between the 3 tenants (expected to be about $100/month). There is a refundable deposit due of one month's rent. As this is my first home, I would prefer no pets, but am open to discussing them with an additional deposit. I will be getting a dog and a cat within a year, so must love animals and have no allergies to pets. A little about myself - I am a 29-year-old professional working in finance over the last 5 years. I work in DTC and WFH half the time. I am outgoing and love to spend time with friends and family. I love to cook and garden. I like to stay active and love the Denver music scene. On weekends I love to hike, camp, ski, fish, and generally be outdoors enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. I am looking for roommates that are respectful, clean, and communicative. I would like everyone to make an effort to keep the common areas tidy. No smoking please. I generally tend to become friends with my roommates and enjoy doing dinners and hangouts in the house. The yard is lovely and will be an awesome place to chill as well. The other occupant is named Evan. He is in his early 30s and works for Dashmart and Meow Wolf. We are hoping to find someone with great energy that will round out the final room.
