About 434 Bradley Blvd Richland, WA 99352
I own a 12 units Condos at the RiverWalk Village by the Columbia river, and it's next to the Hampton Inn and by Howard Amon Park. It comes in a two floor plans, a two bedrooms are on the outer, while at the interiors are the three bedrooms; and they are all about 1800 sq. ft. All kitchen in the complex comes fully furnished with gas stoves, stainless steel refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. A two bathrooms, fire place, with a walk-in closets and pantry room were all very beautifully and spaciously done. Each unit has a private one car Garage on the main floor, while assigned parking spaces are available for your unit and available extra parking spaces for your visitors. Again, the condo overlook the Columbia river, with assess to the park and summer festivities, exercise walkways, and to nearby restaurants/gym. It is a very quiet, restful and peace building that houses professional tenants from the area, due to it's close proximity to their jobs. I have available NOW two (3) bedrooms that is on the 3th floor; and it goes for $1700.00 per month. And the other on the 2nd floor that goes for $1650.00 per month. Both comes unfurnished. What a great view of the Park and the course the surrounding Columbia river and mountains!!!! A Must see to appreciate. For the BEST that the Tri-Cities has to offer, please don't hesitate to check us out before settling for less. Thanks.
