It is across the street from a medical clinic, elementary school , YMCA and large park. There is a bus stop steps away from the property. There is a common grass area for play and BBQs. Some of the requirements for residency include a credit score of at least 700, good rental reference with a rental history of at least 3 years, and employment. Some requirements may be waived with adequate security deposits. There is a no pet policy. A background check is required for all applicants 18 years and older, it is $40 per applicant.
