Kitchen appliances are also brand new, including dishwasher, and gas-range stove. Two separate AC units go to each of the living spaces to control temp individually. Back yard has a large pool and hot tub. Yard is fully fenced, landscaped with mature, shady ficus trees, a covered and uncovered patio area for bbq/entertaining, a basketball hoop and two mature citrus trees that produce fruit in the spring. Parking is uncovered, but driveway spot would be yours. Wonderful neighbors on a very quiet street. Hardwood floors and tile throughout the home, both bathrooms are brand new renovated bathroom with a soaking tub. Lots of closet space and outdoor storage with space for bikes/camping gear, hobby equipment, etc. Home is a single story, mid-century style, on a large corner lot.
