Washer/dryer are not provided, hookups included. There is a one car garage and one car driveway and no further parking. Visitor spaces are limited. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. There is a fixed utility package that is $100 monthly and includes: Water, Sewer, Garbage and Internet. The gas and electric will need to be put in the tenants name and paid monthly. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $20 quarterly charge for HVAC air filter delivery. Photos are of a similar unit. Interior and exterior finishes may be different.
