For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available, along with laundry soaps and dryer sheets. Guests will have full access to the entire unit with a shared backyard and parking. Pets are allowed upon request. Marijuana/cannabis smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Garbage and recycling bins are provided at the rear of the building. Please wash used dishes and use the provided dishwasher and cleaning supplies. All food and beverages are to be consumed in the kitchen, dining, and outdoor seating area. Please put used towels in the hamper or leave them in the bathtub at the end of your stay. In the event of household items being damaged or broken, please contact us to arrange for replacement or repair. A fee for cleaning services will be automatically included in your total price of your stay. Please do not rearrange the furniture. No parties or illegal activities are allowed, and failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction. Please keep noise levels down at all times due to the Niagara Noise By-law. No parties or visitors unless approval from the host is granted prior to check-in. Smoking or vaping in the home will incur a $300 fee. Unapproved pets will incur a $300 fee. Pet feces in the yard will incur a $100 fee. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $100 fee. Additional cleaning will be charged at $50/hr. Unapproved parties will incur a $500 fee.
