The laundry area has a washer and dryer, which are free to use, and detergent is included, as well as an iron and ironing board. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has twin-size trundles. All beds are memory foam and made with eco-friendly, luxury sheets. The bathrooms are stocked with small-batch, organic toiletries and plush towels for a spa-like experience. Enjoy the inviting front porch and spacious back deck, complete with a TV, sectional sofa, hammock, and corn hole set. There is one space in the garage and 1-2 spaces in the driveway. Additional cars can be parked for free on the street in front of the house. Dogs are allowed and should be included as adults in the guest count. Avondale is one of Birmingham’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Anchored by Avondale Park, the neighborhood has a wonderful mix of charming homes, green spaces, and popular restaurants, shops, and breweries. It’s easy to walk from the house to Avondale and the neighborhood’s many entertainment, dining, and shopping establishments. It is also easy to drive, bike, or rideshare to downtown from the house. The neighborhood is also super convenient, just a few miles from the center of downtown, UAB, the BJCC, Protective Stadium, and the airport. Events and gatherings are not allowed.
