Basement for rent This newly finished basement of 950 sqft has its own private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. This place is perfect for someone looking for a cozy place to lay their head, watch tv, or host friends. Its location makes it an easy commute to either the mountains or Denver and has lots of stores, restaurants, and parks near by. The basement comes partially furnished with a large 60 inch tv, a dinning table, two breakfast bar stools, china cabinet, shelves, dish washer, clothes washer/dryer, and a queen sized bed. The house has AC, heat, a small soon to be remodeled backyard, and sound proofing between floors. All utilities like internet, tv services, and other basic utilities are included in the rent. The fair market price for these accommodations will run $1,000 a month. The initial deposit is 1 months rent with half of one month going towards the first rent due and half of one month going towards the last rent. As a roommate, I’ve lived with people most of my life. We probably won’t see each other, too often, but when we do I tend to come off as laid back and easy to be around. I will say, I do value the time and effort, that me and my friends put into the basement. I’d really like to find someone who will care for it like they built it.
