Parking is available for 3-4 vehicles depending on size, with one additional vehicle allowed outside the gate (boats excluded inside the gate). This home is situated in an ideal area offering both convenience and escape, just minutes away from the Historic Downtown Mount Dora. The backyard amenities are shared between the home and an RV, so you may encounter other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties are not allowed and will result in a $300 fine, plus additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, with a $300 per pet fine for violations. Late check-out fees apply: $150 for late check-out after 10:00 a.m., and more than 2 hours late will incur that day's rate with no discounts.
