Okemos schools are consistently in the top 10 best schools in Michigan. Also is a fantastic area for grad students or MSU faculty. Whole house is available except shed on corner of property and basement are not accessible to tenants. Note that this house has just come on the market for renting — some personal items are shown in pictures which will be removed before renting house. House can be rented partially furnished or empty. Pets are not allowed. Peaceful neighborhood in a very walkable association with trails and surrounded by nature preserves. You will almost certainly see deer around the area no matter the time of day or season. Many local schools with parks and close proximity to Meijer, Costco, Aldi, Meridian Mall, etc. Tenant is to pay for all utilities, having their own liability insurance, and handling of grass/snow. This is the house that we raised our littles in. We have carpeting throughout the entire house, and although we have done extensive cleaning since we moved out, there are some permanent carpet stains which are not able to come out. If this is not acceptable to you please do not apply.
