New heaters and A/C. Also has 2 entrances to the unit making it a great live/work unit and also ideal for roommates. Close to on-site laundry room. 1 assigned parking space in the building's subterranean garage is included. If additional parking is needed, for a minimal fee, the City of Hermosa Beach can issue you a street parking permit that is valid at any of the 24-hour meters throughout the City. Walk to the great restaurants, bars & shops at the pier. Walk outside your front door right onto the sand. PETS OK! Email to set up appt to view.
