About This Home
My husband and I have a cozy Craftsman-style single family home from the early 20th century which has been lovingly restored, with refurbished original molding, trim, clawfoot tub and Douglas fir floors. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, with a small but modern kitchen featuring new cabinetry, stove and fridge; washer and dryer are provided in outside shed. House is a single story bungalow and opens onto a lovely front porch and a small brick courtyard in the back. The house shares the property with a 2-story structure in the back. Half of the garage on the bottom is available to tenant (storage, no parking). Located on a former canal, halfway between Abbott Kinney Blvd. and Venice Beach. Great home in a great neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. This was the home of my husband before we met and our home after, so we want someone who will care for this little gem. 1 year lease, owner pays for electric, water, trash, sewage, and gardener.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
