It features 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. You will surely love the fully updated kitchen with complete amenities and counter space for meal preparation. Take some time to relax in the covered patio and the large backyard. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will discover a cool and relaxing living room with a Roku TV which has a door going to a covered patio outside. On the right, there is a dining room and a kitchen with a laundry area. On the left from the main entrance leads to the first bedroom. You will see the other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms when you walk down the hallway on the left side of the living room. Outside, a covered patio, fire pit, and charcoal grill are available. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This is a pet friendly home. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. This house has a very convenient location with easy access to major highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and parks, just a few minutes from everything! It is only a few blocks away from Vaughn Road Elementary School. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. [SI]
