If you're here for the baseball game, Great American Ballpark is just over a 1-mile walk, or you can hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away. We're also one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. With dedicated off-street parking, pull right in and get settled. Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Immediately in front of the apartment is a Cincy RedBike station, where you can access rental bikes for 24 hours for only $8. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar about 5 blocks away and go north all the way to Rhinegeist brewery or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks for just $1, or $2 for a day pass. Uber is ubiquitous and typically a car will reach you within 5 minutes if not sooner. Parties are strictly forbidden in this apartment. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without a refund.
