Bathroom, tub, tile sink with designer plumbing. Water saving toilet. Bonus room for an office with a separate back door entrance. Stainless front appliances. Large laundry room. Lots of closet space. I think you get the idea. It goes on and on... Get in the car , come on over, claim your place in this great Belleair home. Have you drive by the property and see the well kept condition of the property and the fantastic location by Taylor Park. 2. Get an application (we have rental applications located right at the property in the red info box that has our fax number in the upper right corner. This way you do not have to drop it off at a location.) 3. Fax it in to us, give us a call to alert us and we will contact you shortly thereafter. This property is nicely maintained and our goal is high tenant satisfaction so any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. A good home in a good area at a good price.
