The second bedroom has a queen bed. The office has a pull-out full-size sofa if you have a guest. The washer and dryer are on-site. Military-friendly, with only a 4-mile drive to Mayport Naval Station. Pet-friendly! Guest access The entire home, inside and out, is included in your stay. This consists of a garage filled with beach essentials and toys such as boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach cart, etc. If you need anything, just let us know! The backyard is also fully fenced for your 4-legged family members. If you need ANY special accommodations, please let us know, and we will arrange them. All consumable items (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc.) are initially provided, but are the guests' responsibility after initial supplies are used.
