Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
