Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of the ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.
