Designed for professionals, couples, and long-term stays, this apartment features rich tones, neon glow accents, and elevated finishes with seamless smart tech. This apartment features brand new appliances, a designer backsplash, and modern finishes throughout. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, essentials, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The living room offers an open concept layout with forest green and burnt orange boho design, a neon “happy place” accent sign, and a Smart TV with streaming apps. The bedroom features a premium queen bed, a Smart TV, a dark, calming color palette, and closet storage. The bathroom includes modern fixtures, fresh towels, and essentials. Select units include a private outdoor patio with a seating area. EV charging stations are available. Enjoy walkable dining nearby. The building offers a stylish red brick urban design. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A $60.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the apartment, especially on the carpeted areas. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, and end at 7am. There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the apartment. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of the ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it. Garbage is not to be left inside the apartment upon check-out if there is any left; valet garbage pick up is available everyday outside your unit between 6 and 7pm. We charge an additional $10 per guest after 3 guests. If any video or board games, or remotes are missing, there will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games or items. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet are available for remote work. Guest has full access to all amenities with fob and in the entire unit, minus 1 cleaner's cabinet in the bedroom closet. [SI]
