Not only are we affordably priced but each one of our breathtaking apartments come with water and trash included in the rent! Electric and heat is the responsibility of the tenant each month and must be put in your name before keys are handed over. 1 off-street parking spot included! Some of our other wonderful features that our great apartments include are plenty of closet space, central air, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Still not convinced that the apartments are as wonderful as we say, well you can rely on our convent laundry facilities in the building. For extra airflow each unit has its own private balcony/patio. The office is open via email/phone 5 days a week and the hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25.00.
