Raymond house has a little front yard and its own separate utilities. The house has a tankless water heater, the bedrooms have split unit air-conditioners, while the open plan living room space has a fan and heat. The house is street parking only. Nearby occupants have allergies, so no pets allowed. The home and area are very child friendly - with a playground and park less than a 15 minute walk away.
