This unit comes with a covered off-street parking space and a storage locker in the basement at no additional charge. The unit itself has a spacious living and dining room, a vintage kitchen and full bathroom, adequate closet space, a nice bedroom, and huge floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that go out to a large balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and Old Town. Newer paint and flooring throughout. $1475 per month. 12 month lease. Unfurnished. Moves must be scheduled with the association office.
