About This Property

The apartment has only had 3 prior tenants since 2010 and comes with an exterior driveway parking spot for 1 car; shared storage and W/D in the garage. New carpeting in the bedroom and flooring in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment features include a fridge, cooktop and oven, undercounter lighting, ceiling fans in both rooms and a secluded patio area. Monthly rent of $2,550 includes major utilities (electric, gas, water, and sewer) plus MAID SERVICE once a month. Small pet considered. No smoking of any kind allowed. Tenant covers cable / internet (the apartment has FIOS to the property). We are local owners that care and manage the property ourselves. Based on past experience, we expect that this unit will lease very quickly. Showings by appointment only on Thursday 5/25 and Friday 5/26. The apartment should be ready on June 17th for move-in.
