There is a large dining area perfect for family meals or group gatherings, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a private screened-in pool and patio, and a washer and dryer available for guest use. The dedicated game room is equipped with a pool table and PlayStation, offering the perfect space to unwind after a day at the parks. A BBQ grill is available for rent, perfect for outdoor cookouts, and theme park tickets are available for purchase to all major attractions. Nestled in a quiet, gated community surrounded by lush natural landscapes and conservation areas, Aviana Resort in Davenport offers a serene and family-friendly escape just 20–25 minutes from Walt Disney World.
