The much more expansive Hermon Park is just at the bottom of the hill and has tennis courts, picnic tables, a playground, and a great dog park. Ernest E. Debs regional park is a highly rated scenic hike and is down there, too, right across from Fresco, our surprisingly well-curated neighborhood market. Unit is located mere minutes from the 110 Freeway; close to the 5, 134 and 101 Freeways! 15 minutes to Silver Lake, Glendale, DTLA, Pasadena, even Burbank. Figueroa, York and all the neat Highland Park spots are just around the corner. Jeni's Ice Cream, Mendocino Farms, Civil Coffee, Highland Park Bowl to name a few.
