Due to unforeseen circumstances I am being forced to give up my room in my recently renewed lease. I am hoping someone is interested in taking over the lease for the remainder of the term (approximately 10 months). The rent is $1025/month for 1BR in the 2BR unit. As for the condo, it has all the amenities, including, but not limited to: Hard wood floors Stainless steel refrigerator/dishwasher/stove Washer/dryer in unit Fenced off private patio 2 dedicated parking spaces The condo is located just blocks from Capitola Mall, and is within walking distance of Capitola Village! If you have any kind of commute, the freeway is just blocks away, as well. Finally, I can leave things semi-furnished, depending on your preference. The remaining roommate is a 29 y/o male.
