LOOKING FOR ONE housemate 1 bed/1 private bathroom+ bonus room available in a 3 bed/2 bath house on the east side of Athens, fully furnished, 5 minutes to Walmart and Publix. Rent is $900 + utilities (less than $150/month). You'll have your bedroom that comes with a new brand bed frame and mattress + private bathroom + bonus room (can be used for working, office, gaming). My husband and I will be your housemates. He is a mechanical engineer and I am a PhD student at UGA. We are located in the safest area of Athens, have fast internet (400 mbps), new washer and dryer, roomba, treadmill, and a huge backyard. Less than 3 miles from UGA vet teaching hospital. Rent includes pest control (sprayed every 3 moths) + private garage space. If you love gardening, we have plenty of space. Message me for more details!
