Now accepting applications for one of our studio apartments. This is a large, upstairs unit with all utilities included, including free maintenance. All units come pre-wired with Dish, Direct TV and Comcast so installation isn't required. Close, accessible parking included. There is a laundry facility onsite. There are mailboxes and large boxes for parcels. We also offer a common area with a bbq pit, tables and chairs for all tenants. We are a centrally located complex with easy access to Monterey, Watsonville and Salinas. We are a safe and quiet complex with 24 hour camera security and neighbors who take care of one another. On Site management as well. If you are looking for an apartment complex with a community feel look no further. If interested please respond via email for upcoming open house times and dates.

We are now accepting applications for our studios here at Bella Linda. We like to pride ourselves on being a community, not an apartment complex. Our community is welcoming, kind, fun, hard working and well awesome. We offer large studio apartments with all utilities included, except internet and cable. All units come pre-wired with Dish, Direct TV or Comcast. We have a large onsite laundry facility, onsite Management, parking close to unit, large common area, security and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our location provides easy access to Highway 1 sending you to either Monterey or towards Santa Cruz. You can also go the other direction to Salinas providing you with many options to make your way across the Peninsula. If you are interested in coming to an open house please send an email, tell me about yourself and who would be coming to the open house. Do NOT stop by without an appointment. Time and date for open house to be determined. That being said, I will be holding the open house soon. EVERYONE applying for the unit MUST view the unit prior to obtaining an application. Applications given at open house. This means, if you are a couple please plan on coming together. If one is not available please coordinate your availability for the next open house. Please note every individual over the age of 18 must complete an application in full and submit it along with their application fee. Rent-$1150.00 Deposit-$1800.00 -Minimum six month lease required -All utilities included-except for internet and cable only -Application fee $40-Application AND fee are required for EACH individual over 18 years of age -Must provide proof of income three months worth -Copy of ID -Each individual must make 3 times rent to qualify. -Sorry no pets.
