Located on the shuttle route and just a short walk to the Keystone Gondola, you'll have quick and easy access to world-class skiing, snowboarding, and more. Enjoy River Run Village’s shops, restaurants, ice skating, events, and vibrant nightlife, or hop on the shuttle for a short ride to Mountain House or Lakeside Village. The condo comfortably sleeps 6, with two queen beds and two twin trundle beds. Amenities include a cozy gas fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private deck where you can enjoy serene forest views and the soothing sound of the nearby creek. Additional perks: outdoor hot tub access, parking, and everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable ski season in the Rockies. $5,500 per month includes utilities. No pets/ No smoking. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report not more than 30 days old, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee.” C.R.S. 38-12-904(1.5)(a)(IV)(d).
