Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, and garbage. 1 cat or small dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent, $1,850 security deposit and $350 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required.
