Two Rooms for rent for 1,400 each or 2800 for the whole house in a beautiful townhome in Chester Maryland.There is a pond outback with fountain. It is a 3 story end unit next to a lighthouse. Two bedroom house with two full private bathrooms on the third floor in each bedroom, on the second floor there's the kitchen, a deck, a living room, a rec room and 1/2 bathroom. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer room, another rec room and a 1/2 bathroom and a patio under the deck. Out front is a garage, but no cars get parked in the garage. We are looking for somebody who doesn't mind taking their shoes off, who cleans up after themselves, is on time with the rent, and is willing to sign a 6-month lease. May renew at end -but at least 6 months with half of the $1,400 for security deposit,and will split utilities with the other renter or if you want the whole house ,you pay for the utilities. It also has a community pool with a community gym. No pets -sorry we've just had a lot of different problems that involved pets. It's a very beautiful place to live and the neighbors are all very cool people. Oh the other room isn't in the video because when I made it someone was renting it.
