Rental is for a comfortable private room on the 2nd floor of a spacious Santa Clara home. Santa Clara is a relaxed, residential pocket in north Eugene known for its tree-lined streets and easy pace. A surcharge may be added if WiFi usage is excessive to the point where additional costs are incurred by property owner, Renter will share use of the upstairs bathroom (144 sq ft) with a maximum of one additional renter, and will have full access and use of the laundry room and of the kitchen. Additional storage is available in garage upon request and parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway or on the street. Bedroom is currently furnished with a full sized bed, smart TV and recliner but may be unfurnished as per the renter's requests. The bedroom closet is currently without closet doors but new sliding doors will be installed by March 23rd. Kitchen is shared amongst all residents which have full access to the appliances, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Limited storage for groceries is available in the kitchen refrigerator and more is available in a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Resident will have access to a partially covered back porch and barbeque area off the family room which is a area shared by all residents. Bathroom is adjacent to bedroom and the laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer which the renter may use. High Speed Wi Fi is available to all residents, however excessive use which results in additional expenses for the homeowner may result in a surcharge. Rent is month by month but longer rent terms may be available at the renter's request. Owners of the home live onsite. All residents are expected to be respectful of other residents. No smoking or drinking to excess is allowed on premises. The exterior is well-maintained, providing a welcoming environment.
