Resident will have full access and use of the laundry room and of the kitchen. Additional storage is available in garage upon request and parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Bathroom is adjacent to bedroom and is intended for the primary use of the resident. It is, however, the only downstairs bathroom so others may need to make use of it occasionally. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and drying which the rent may use. High Speed Wi Fi is available to all residents, however excessive use which results in additional expenses for the homeowner may result in a surcharge. Rent is month by month so no last month rent is required to move in. Longer rent terms may be available at the renter's request. Owners of the home live onsite and one additional renter may also reside in the home but will have their own separate bathrooms and living areas.
