Go east and it has you close to Powers Blvd., which takes you directly to Schriever and Peterson. This prime location is in a quite residential neighborhood with award winning elementary and middle schools. Smoking is not allowed. Background check required. Potential renter pays $45 fee, non-refundable. The townhome features include: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath 2 car attached garage New carpet New stainless steel appliances - 2 years old Fresh coat of paint throughout New blinds throughout Wood floors refinished and waxed Washer/dryer in unit - wash machine was replaced new in January Garbage fee is included Mail is in locked boxes Pets under 30 lbs are allowed with $500 pet deposit All bedrooms are located upstairs. Master bedroom is one one side and the two other bedrooms are on the opposite side. This unit has you second from the end. Only four units total. I have never had a complaint about noise. Rent is due by the 1st of the month. Direct deposit preferred. There is a $30 late fee for each day after the 3rd of the month. Utilities and water not included. You are required to place them in your name for primary payment.
