Do yourself a favor and look someplace else. Unkept building. Over priced for no reason. Units are used as airbnbs. (Party every weekend until 6am. ) management changes so often there’s no accountability for anything. All they want is to take your money and give you a horrible living space. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Many better buildings in the area.

Multiple issues with this complex. Maintenance requests take DAYS to be completed. I had a backed up toilet with poop sitting in it for 4 days since "I had a second bathroom to use and it was a holiday weekend" so we had to smell that for days before it was fixed. I found mold growing in my washing machine that they refused to replace until I made a fuss. Then I had to wait over a month for the new one to come and use another apartment on a different floor to wash my clothes. Amenities were closed for over a year but our rent stayed the same. My hospital shoes were stolen from my front door. My $600 bike was stolen from downstairs in the designated LOCKED garage that requires a fob to get in. I've found homeless people in the staircase on rainy days. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Once my lease is up, I plan to do the same.
My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over 2 months and we LOVE it! We moved from downtown and love that everything is much more quiet and relaxed in our new place. The complex is very well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We are walking distance from the Galleria, the Americana and the small shops on Brand which makes it great when we want to eat out! We have a huge courtyard with grills, and I've been able to start my very own vegetable garden in our balcony. This place is unlike other apartments!
