MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT PROCESS To assist you in moving items in and out of your unit and causing the least amount of damage to common areas, elevator pads must be used during each move, as well as when large furniture items are being delivered/removed. All moves in and moves out must be scheduled through the management company at least one (1) week in advance of the move, and require supervision by the association’s vendor of choice. Please, note that residential move times are limited to Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be no moves on Sundays or holidays. The move-in fee is $350.00, while the move-out fee is $100.00. These fees provide for services of the move coordinator which include orientation to the unit and the building, as well as expenses associated with each move incurred by the association. Please, contact the CMI office at 503-223-0300 to schedule your move. Unscheduled moves in or out of the building are subject to doubled move fees.
