About the Listing Agent

Michael Bohlman
Arizona Elite Properties
I have been in Real Estate for over 24 years and have my Broker License. I grew up in Tempe, Arizona and went to school in Scottsdale, Arizona, I am a Native of the Valley Of The Sun. I went to college at the University of Arizona were I studied retail management and marketing. I spend my down time with my family with their active life in sports/ activities. I also donate the extra time that is left to the Shrine Children Hospitals here in the United States and also the Shrine hospital in Mexico City, which is one of the busiest hospitals in the organization. I try to help out every couple of years to donate my time helping them with all of their current needs. I have been active with the Shrine for over 20 years and I am also part of the Order of Quetzalcoatl See of North America and part of the Shrine Clowns, my nickname for being a clown is “Clueless”. I love seeing smiles on kids faces just for a moment, helping them forget that they are in the hospital needing treatment, most of them are scared of the unknown, if I can make them forget for a little while it is all worth it, some of the kids have been though lots of treatments so it is good to help them forget for a little awhile and be a kid again. Other activities with the organization is doing Parades throughout the city, as well as the state of Arizona representing the Shrine Association and bringing attention to all the great things this organization does to help as many children as possible free of charge. For my business in Real-Estate, I work with Buyers, Sellers and Investors. I also handle Property Management, long term rentals and short term vacation rentals. I also deal with Investments, income producing properties (Sales & Asset Management), and HOA Management. I own income producing properties here in Arizona and Costa Rica. I also handle major renovations to properties and is very active in buying properties and fixing them up to get top dollar in the current market conditions. I try to stay very active in Investing in Real-Estate personally, that way I have more knowledge than the average agent. Another reason I stay active in Buying/Investing in Real-Estate so I can successfully guild my clients though the very difficult aspects of Real-Estate Investing. I specialize in Single Family and Multi-Family Properties. I treat my business as a “boutique” Real Estate company and prides myself on offering a broad and unique range of services. I feel when you are buying a property as an investment property the Exit Strategy is just as important as the purchasing strategy, you need to know what is your holding time and what do you want to accomplish with this Investment, even before you own the property. I feel how do you expect to help your clients in Investing in Real-Estate if you do not even own properties as rentals or even do your own flips, how do you guild your clients though this very difficult maze if you have never done it before. I consider the cornerstone of my business as being honest with my clients. I feel that honesty, integrity and knowledge are what have made me a success. I always pay strict attention to detail and have strong negotiation skills, which I bring to the table for each and every client. I am dedicated to serving your needs before, during and after the sale. Michael Bohlman is Turning Dreams into Reality. . .
